Holy moly is this a big topic to tackle... but I hope to break it down simply enough for anyone to be able to apply it to their own life.

You may be asking yourself, "What the heck is Ethos of Nature all about?" Well, EON is an online forum dedicated to providing you with inspiration, motivation, and just a tad bit of research about staying connected (or reconnecting) with nature - along with some general mental health, wellness, and fun forensic information in between. We hope to be a mental health platform that (mostly) encourages people to get out of their heads... and into the wild! Are you with us?
While we are solely an online forum at the moment, we hope to build an inclusive community of diverse individuals who connect with nature and/or are interested in building a better version of themselves.
It is important to note that any and all information provided on this site is for informational purposes ONLY, and is to be used as supplemental to - not a substitute for - professional help. If you or someone you know ever experiences a mental health emergency and need immediate help, please contact your local physician or dial 911.
Thanks for joining our adventure!
