NHS Shetland, the health authority in the Scottish islands, recently authorized doctors to PRESCRIBE NATURE as a supplemental treatment 😮😍🙌🏽 Say wahhh? That's right, Scottish docs are recognizing the incredible benefits nature has on a multitude of health issues. "There is so much evidence that nature is good for us, and this is a simple way to get people outdoors and experiencing nature in a city or a wilder place like Shetland," states a health manager in Shetland! The health folks over there even created a seasonal calendar to help motivate and inspire people to take advantage of Mother Nature.
